day 4

we've been through a few counties of the great state of north carolina, and despite cold nights, the days have been fantastic! we camped out a few places and found that pine needles under the tent make for great mattresses. theres been plenty of great pics that ill post up as soon as i have a chance to get them off the camera. my pack was way too heavy so i had to send off the laptop :( oh well. also the phone died so we're waiting on it to chanrge right now. we've mostly been eating granola bars and cheeseburgers, except the other night we got 2 large pizzas for $10 which was needed i assure you. i would like to thank john and heather, mary, tom, operation smile, john and wesley, pete on the bicycle, and sherriff webb of gates county. youve all been a help! anyway its about time to run off again but we'll let you know when we can whats going on! so far we are in Roanoke Rapids NC. not bad at all. anyway, yall take care!
